We were looking for a respected and successful agent located in the Lehigh Valle and had received several

We may not have been the easiest buyers Chris had to deal with in this sellers' market. We had specific
boxes we wanted to check and he was respectful of that. Before purchasing this home we had made a
number of offers and were losing to other bidders for reasons that we felt were valid in some cases and not
so valid in others; we were growing increasingly frustrated. Chris did a great job of keeping us focused and
positive.
The process took much longer than we thought as Bethlehem specifically and the Lehigh Valley generally
were experiencing a real estate market like no others. Homes were selling for significantly higher than listing
prices. It was rare that a home stayed on the market for more than a 4-5 days before going into contract and
we were driving from our NYC home sometimes twice a week. We started the process in late March/early
April and did not have a deal until late August. Chris and his team did a fantastic job of fast tracking a mid
September closing.
